Information collected

If you submit an enquiry, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, company and role, contact details, enquiry type, project location and description, dates, estimated scope and any attachment you choose to upload.

Purpose and consent

We use enquiry information to respond to your request, assess a tender or project opportunity, and communicate with you about that enquiry. The form requires consent for that use. We do not use enquiry details for automated marketing.

Delivery and storage

The website does not create a lead database. When online submission is configured, the form sends its contents to the business recipient configured for the site through the Resend email delivery service. The recipient mailbox and email service may retain or process the information under their own settings and terms. Before enabling submissions, Elevation Six must confirm the recipient, service terms, applicable overseas processing, access controls and retention period.

The site also uses its hosting provider to serve pages and operate the enquiry endpoint. Hosting logs may contain technical request information. No analytics or advertising scripts are installed by the redesigned pages.

Attachments

Optional attachments are limited by file type and size and are delivered with the enquiry email. Do not send sensitive personal information or information you are not authorised to share.

Access, correction and concerns

You may request access to or correction of personal information held about you, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting Elevation Six at info@elevationsix.co.nz. Confirm this email address before publication. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner in New Zealand.

Retention and review

Set and document an appropriate retention period, mailbox access permissions and deletion process before the enquiry service is enabled. Review this policy whenever the service provider, recipient, form fields or data handling changes.
